Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Max has been a diehard Cleveland sports fan since the mid-'90s—around the same time he started forming memories. From watching the Cavs at the Gund to rallying behind the Tribe at the Jake, his passion for the city’s teams runs deep. A proud Ohio State alum and lifelong Buckeyes fan, his loyalty extends beyond the 216 to the heart of Columbus.

As the Art Director and Graphic Designer for The Land on Playback, he’s the creative force behind most of the visuals you’ll see across the site, socials, and on Playback. His love for Cleveland sports doesn’t just live in his heart—it lives in his work.
